To ensure the best possible treatment and care, bring all the necessary medical records, supplements, medications, lab work, and special notes from your doctor along with you. If you have been to a previous Naturopathic Doctor please bring any labs and specialty testing conducted by the previous Naturopath, Chiropractor or Functional Medicine specialist.
