1/4 cup fresh grated or dried ginger
4 Cinnamon Sticks (Optional)
1 cup black or blueberries (Frozen berries are fine but please note that any other berries are totally useless for pain management as we are targeting the flavonoids unless they are elderberries but strawberries and raspberries will not work)
4 cups of water
Bring to a boil and then let simmer for 45 minutes
